I specialize in you and your vision, not a specific style or aesthetic.

That's why Copper Rose Design Studio offers a full collection of wedding stationery services. This includes your wedding invitation suite along with your Save the Dates and any day-of materials (think menus, welcome signs, place cards etc.).

With a multitude of paper stocks and specialty printing options—such as letterpress, white ink printing, and digital foil printing—it makes it possible to do what I love most: help engaged couples tell their love story through design!

It’s always the smallest details that make the biggest impact! So whether you’re looking for something rustic and full of charm, classic and traditional, or modern and sleek, I’ve totally got you covered.

Timeline

To ensure your stationery arrives with plenty of time to send out to your guests, I encourage you to book your desired service(s) within the following time frames:

  • Save the Dates

    At least 12 to 10 months prior to your wedding day

  • Wedding Invitation Suites

    At least 8 months prior to your wedding day

  • Day-of Signage & Details

    2-3 months prior to your wedding day

Can I still book if I have a shorter timeline?

And the answer is… Just ask! Depending on the volume of projects, I may be able to expedite the process for you. I will always try my best to accommodate!

The process

The process will be similar across all of the different services options; the main difference is the time frames. To give you a glimpse into how I operate, I’ve outlined the wedding invitation process below.

1. Consultation

We will start by scheduling a consultation (via video chat or in-person, whatever your preference!). During the consultation, I’ll give an overview of what Copper Rose Design Studio is all about as well as getting to know a little bit more about you! We’ll discuss what your wedding stationery dreams are and how we can make them a reality. I love collaborating with my couples; I want to get to know you and your vision—and then make it happen!

2. Custom proposal

Shortly after our consultation, you will receive your custom proposal. If you believe we are the right fit for each other, you will then sign the attached contract along with submitting a 35% deposit to reserve your spot. Then, we are ready to begin!

3. The little details

I know you're busy (you know, planning a wedding and all), so I'll make this as quick and painless as possible!

Before jumping into design, you will be sent your Wedding Details Questionnaire. There are questions pertaining to who’s hosting, how you'd like your names written, official dates and times, etc.

4. Design

Then comes the best part: designing! Once we have all of your inspiration and details pulled together, I can start sketching out ideas for your first round of invitations. You will receive three unique invitation card design options (and a few rounds of revisions if necessary). Once we work together to make it perfect, we will move on to build out the rest of your invitation suite with any additional enclosure cards, envelopes, envelope liners, embellishments etc.

5. Production

After your suite design and embellishments have been finalized, and approved by you, we move into the production phase! This means, all individual pieces are sent to print. Average turnaround time for each individual suite varies, as it is based on paper selections, paper shapes, specialty printing methods, etc.

6. Assembly + finishing touches

Once all pieces are printed, I receive them and get to work assembling the finished product! This includes all cards, ribbons, wax seals, belly bands and any other embellishments that are part of your dream wedding invitation suite. Then they are shipped off (or handed) right to you—and ready for stuffing and stamping—so you can send them out to all your guests!
